Pulls a full snapshot of every table into one timestamped .json file. Keep it somewhere safe (Google Drive, external drive). It's the file the offline viewer reads, and what a fix chat restores from.

The nightly job runs at 03:00 UTC and writes to Supabase Storage and Google Drive. A failed run emails you; this is what catches a run that never happens at all.

The backup above covers database tables. It does not contain the actual receipt, contract or quote files — those live in storage buckets and are copied to Drive separately, at 03:30 UTC. This is where you check that copy is keeping up.
